Put in a bowl the salt, the flour and the corn flour. Slowly pour in the beer, beating constantly. Add the spices and keep beating until all the ingredients are mixed and your batter is a smooth consistency . Drain, rinse, pat dry the snails without the shell, add them into the batter and mix well. In a deep fry pot add the sunflower oil and heat well. With a spoon take the snails from the batter. Fry the snails until they get golden color. Take them out with a perforated spoon and serve. Accompany the dish with a dip .
